Many of the negative reviews are based on the experience of the system in general, IMO, and not really this clinic. Phone call pre-appointments? That's the norm for many clinics. Post Covid so many things have changed.YES the process is to make a phone appointment first. Do it earlier in the morning to get on the queue. I have never been missed in all my years (since 2015 maybe?!).This clinic is wonderful, Dr VT is amazing, he listens and is open minded. The staff are always nice. I forgot all my paper work one time at the clinic, and instead of making me go all the way back they emailed me. Such a nice thing to do.I am very happy to have been going here for years....read full review

I was having an issue getting ahold of the office through the phone line. Once they realized, I was having this problem. They quickly touched based with me. And I consider the problem solved. The doctors there are great.

I am glad that I found Mission Hills M. C. I have been visiting it because of a particular health issue, and the long waiting to have medical assistance ended when I found this clinic. Dr. Petrus J. Van Tonder has been a remarkable help to me, by working as quickly as my condition needed, explaining to me every procedure before hand, and its results once it has been done, in a very professional, compassionate, and understandable way. I am so grateful to be assisted by him. The front desk receptionists work in a harmonious way among them and with the doctor. I am not yet under treatment as the procedures are still going on, but I feel very grateful so far, and hopeful...read full review
