I can’t believe the difference. I took a suit jacket into another shop and it seemed like they had simply forgotten to clean it. I went to Lloyd’s with it and it looks brand new… and at half the price. They are my new go-to!
After years of hearing bad stories about the dry cleaners in the city, I heard new owners had bought this. The owner are friends with a friend and I was happy to hear they took over and I finally took a bunch of stuff in and my suit had cake on it from when I got married in 2018 and I dropped off 2 shirts for pressing. I am very impressed with the quality of work they do and I’ll definitely be back
The new owners at Loyd’s Cleaners are fantastic, very reasonably priced and truly committed to customer service.
I recently picked up my dry cleaning before a trip to Toronto and packed everything into my suitcase. When I returned, I thought one of my suits was missing, so I went back to the cleaners to ask about it. Without any hesitation, the staff immediately searched for it and even offered to pay for a replacement suit.
I told them I’d double-check at home, and sure enough, I found the suit, I had taken it out to make more room in my luggage. When I went back to apologize, the owner just smiled, shook my hand, and said, “All good, no worries.”
