I had an excellent experience with I Know a Guy IT's service! Getting ahold of him was quick and easy, his responses were swift. The repair was quick, easy and informative. Reasonably priced as well. I will absolutely be taking all of my IT needs here from now on. Highly recommend!
Very affordable fix for my laptop! The service was done very quickly, and the owner is quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!
Robert at iKAGi helped me out at a reasonable price. I needed files copied off a Blu-Ray disc, and I didn't have a reader at my home. We were able to copy the files to my USB drive with Robert's equipment. Robert is knowledgeable and I'd trust iKAGi to solve any tech problem.
