My computer gave up the ghost after a Windows update. I brought it into Robert to see if he could get it working again. Sadly after spending an enormous amount of time on my system, it was determined that the motherboard was done. Asking Robert how much I owed for diagnostics, he said absolutely zero. If nothing was fixed, he did not believe in charging a penny. I tried to get him to take something, but he refused. I am leaving a positive review as a way to say thank you for all his efforts. Definitely will use again.
Robert is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest! He fixed my very old iPhone very fast and efficiently. Very personable! Would only go to him again with any future issues. I highly recommend him!
