I’m so happy with Val, my stylist at Great Clips in Mission! She knew exactly what I wanted and then delivered… when my hair is due for a cut, I’ll call the salon and ask for her schedule!
I am not one to give reviews about a haircut gone bad but in this case I was going to an event that coming weekend & of course wanted to look my best but that's not how it went, so here I am. First I want to thank "Mickey", Assistant Manager, for having me come back in after I called to express my disappointment, for being understanding & for taking the time to do what she could to blend my hair. It's much better I'd give her 5 stars. The stylist I had was very nice & professional but as it turned out didn't "hear" my explanation of the style I wanted. Took a friend there for a totally different younger looking cut for her and they did an absolutely amazing job. She was also in a wheelchair and they moved the regular chair so she could stay in her wheelchair. Totally amazing people that work there.
