Fantastic service over multiple repair/maintenance calls! I switched to Complete Heating and A/C 3 years ago when I was having trouble getting service from the company that installed my heat pump. My system seems to need a repair once every summer and Jerry at complete heating and air conditioning service has been a great help. On Sunday my heat pump decided to start heating the entire house instead of cooling it. On Monday I called for support and Jerry was at my door that same day. He diagnosed the issue down to my thermostat having failed. He gave me multiple options for the repair to suit my needs. I chose to install my own thermostat to save some money and Jerry even called me back to remind me to shut off my power if I was doing the repair so that I didn’t damage my system. Fantastic support an great customer service! I really appreciate Jerry and the service I get from him.
