Required several 40+ year old evergreen trees to be cut back and pruned. Vince, owner and certified Arborist, quickly responded to my request for a quote and set up a timely appointment. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and happy to answer all of my questions and make recommendations about the trees. The guys showed up and after a brief conversation reiterating what was to be done, they got to work. The weather turned for them, a thunderstorm, cloudburst and even hail, but they maintained their sense of humour and were great. Vince and his crew were always accommodating, courteous, and friendly. The trimming work was done on quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Once they were done, they chipped it all up, and the yard was cleared of all debris. The bill was as originally quoted even though they did additional work that I asked them to do once they started. I'm very happy that I contacted Arsenault Tree Service, and of the outcome of their work. It was a very positive experience, and I would most definitely recommend Arsenault Tree Service to anyone needing tree work.
Arsenault Tree Service recently removed the crowns on our two big leaf maple trees. Arsenault had determined the trees had a root disease common to those trees & is prevalent in the lower mainland. Neither of the other two companies who evaluated the trees noticed this. Vince showed us what the disease looked like & how it affected the trees. As this disease has no treatment & the severity of the root damage cannot be determined, we had no choice but to have the trees cut down. Upon sending us his quote for removal, Vince also included an information sheet on the disease which allowed us to do further research & make an informed decision. We also greatly appreciated that he provided proof of his insurance coverages (Worksafe, property damage). Safety of the workers was obviously a prime concern & the workers utilized all possible safety equipment. Their clean up job was amazing! The whole crew worked together as a team & were very professional. We highly recommend Arsenault Tree Service. The whole experience of working with them was excellent!
They took the time to answer all my questions and truly care about their work. They helped us extend the life of our beloved tree in our front yard which gave us extra years of enjoyment. Sadly it was time to take it down and they were very professional and fair to deal with. I would highly recommend their services.
