Fantastic customer service provided. I have brought a couple small unusual jobs here and the team was happy to help without question. The turn around time is average and the quantity of work is top notch. The location is convenient, clean and safe. I definitely recommend this location.

Had a wonderful experience at this shop. I brought in two pairs of work pants to get repaired/add pockets to, and shortly after one pair was repaired it ended up ripping again. I brought them back and explained what happened (they did NOT rip because of poor workmanship on the ladies behalf) and not only did they repair that pair free of charge, they also waived any charge for my other pair of pants. I'm very pleased with the quality of workmanship here and the customer service, I'll definitely be coming back!

I have been seeing Kat at AlleyCat hemlines for over 10 years. She’s done two of my prom dresses, two bridesmaids dresses, multiple smaller alterations to jeans, shirts, etc., and just recently she did my wedding dress. She has ALWAYS done an outstanding job and for a good price. My wedding dress alterations would have easily been double the price at another seamstress. Kat is not only great at her work but she is also honest and tells you what works and what doesn’t, she makes suggestions and truly tries to meet your expectations.
