Had a great time at this location today. While my mom and girlfriend enjoyed looking through the huge selection of items, my dad and I stayed busy joking around about him getting a job here so we could all move out this way. Great atmosphere, tons of variety, and plenty of good memories made. Highly recommend!
So rude I needed a bathroom and they wouldn’t let me use one. I was clearly in discomfort. I felt discriminated as I’m a First Nation woman. I thought I could use a bathroom because I was in there once and heard them let a woman use their facilities
Recently returning to the island, it was so lovely to see the Mill Bay thrift store after many years away! The shop has changed somewhat and the layout seems great and the diversity of items is wonderful. This thrift store has a lovely way of using all available spaces so that each area may have bits of other items. For instance, you'll find shoes in a designated area, plus you'll find them atop the clothing shelves and in other spaces too. It makes for a wonderful, entertaining wander!
