I experienced a break down in rennel sound... An extremely difficult area to put a tow truck in. Kirk was extremely helpful with retrieving it. The equipment required to tow the truck did not arrive on time, but Kirk put me in contact with people that could help me. This resulted in no monetary gains for the company. I was forced to take the truck to Charlotte tire, but would very much have preferred to deal with TLC. This appears to be the overall preference on the island as well. If you have a choice, pick TLC.
