All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is they haven't had the cold water working on their water jug I think since maybe 2024 at some point..
If you like cold water while exercising/ rehab like I do. ( especially in the summer ) You will need to bring your own. That has been very disappointing.
I mean I've only had one session so far with more booked but they are very nice and very accommodating. The lady who worked on my arm was very nice and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what and why she was doing what she doing.
Looking forward to continuing my active rehab program with Kevin.. love the open space, limited number of people, and how much variety of equipment there is.. it creates a private gym feeling.
