Thank you for helping me out with some stains on my raincoat. As it was a pretty hopeless case, they treated it with some cleaner to soak, and sent me home to wash it in cold water - no charge because a clean result was not guaranteed after I made the mistake of washing it in hot water already. The stains aren’t 100% gone but much improved. But more importantly the honesty, kindness, and friendliness of the staff really mattered to me! I will definitely be taking any other cleaning needs to this team!

Rosa saved my daughter’s grad! She did an amazing job hemming and altering my daughter’s grad dress. She worked quickly, confidently and at a fair cost. I couldn’t recommend her more. She truly is a great seamstress and my first go-to moving forward with any alterations.

Have been dealing with them for a good time now. The owner is a decent and honest man, always smiling and welcoming and always onetime. He is a friendly chatty gentleman who likes to know his clients. One time, i brought a special piece of cloth for cleaning, and while we were talking, he knew the sentiment value of it and insisted not to charge me!! It is priceless nowadays to deal with people, not businesses.
