When we had our main level floors done in mid 2023, we were first informed we wouldn't need any leveling. Great, we thought. Then a month later, nails started popping out (I cut my foot on one), and the laminate was getting very large gaps. To their credit they came back to level that section of the floor and fix the nails.
Now this evening, in a completely different area, a nail has again popped up and I have again cut my foot on it. I'm going to just fix this myself, and thank the universe it wasn't my 4 year old who found the nail.

YT was absolutely lovely to work with. She was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all of the questions I had about the flooring I purchased. My husband and I were so happy with the product (and the value!) that we purchased that we bought more to do another room we weren't planning on re-flooring.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with matching up my discontinued flooring. They helped me find a close match and figured out a working around for my old flooring to work with their new ones. Thanks!!
