Great customer service — excellent job!
My car had a problem a couple of times, and it was an emergency situation. The gentleman in the service department, who has a lot of experience, kindly helped me and even accepted my car on the weekend.
Also today, even without an appointment, they accepted my car and helped me set up my BC plate.
All the employees in the service department are great and very professional.
Just concluded a car purchase at Maple Ridge Jeep. My sales person was Rishab a gentleman and a professional in every way and made my experience in purchasing the car a very pleasant one. It’s very rare to see such genuine customer service especially in this field as most want to close the sale as soon as they can without much care about customers 100% satisfaction. Overall dealing with everyone at this dealership was pleasant. They even asked me to take the car home for the night which I did without even paying a deposit or signing any document. To save us time, he came over to our house the next day to finalise all the paperwork.
