Our dishwasher was making strange noises, so we called Maple Leaf Appliance Repair. An agent called me back right away and booked an appointment for the next day. The repairman contacted me in the morning to get the serial number of the dishwasher so he could bring the part. He fixed it within 1/2 an hour. Very responsive and effecient.
I no longer hate my dishwasher. Thank you MLAP. They came within 24hrs of the inquiry, that's great availability! The technician was kind to us and our cat, and clearly explained the problem and solution.Will hire again...if my blasted dishwasher decides to act up again
Our LG refrigerator quit working and I called Maple Leaf Appliance. It was going to be another day before they could come however, the girl on the phone managed to fit us in same day. It was getting late but the technician still followed through and showed when he said he would. The problem was diagnosed quickly and options for resolution were given. Technician was friendly and answered all of our questions. Thank you for the great service. I hope I do not to need them again, but they will be first on my list to call if I do need someone.
