If you are reading reviews looking for a contractor, then you are so lucky to have found J Murphy’s Contracting! Look no further. J Murphy’s Contracting (James) had renovated two bathrooms of neighbours and were very happy with the results. I am a 61 year old woman who has NEVER done a reno. I have no DYI skills and was terrified of doing a reno.

James renovated all our 3 washroom and his work was seamless. We knew he was a true professional from the way he sent us the initial price offer and how he broke down the cost of each part of the project.
Whatever we dreamed of he made it happen, and one of the projects required quite a change in the structure.
We are extremely happy with his work, washrooms are still our favorite spaces in the house :) and we are looking forward to work with him again.
We just had our large sundeck repaired and are very happy with the job done by James Murphy Contracting. From the start to the completion, dealing with James and staff has been incredibly easy. Any questions were answered promptly. Our budget was limited and they did a great job. Joe, an employee, is a hard worker and great at problem solving which was needed with our old deck. From our first conversation with James right up to the clean up, everything was done efficiently and in a very personable manner. We will now get several more years out of the deck before having to replace it. We would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future work that needs doing.
