Great customer service. Called because my old lennox furnace wouldn't light up. Staff were able to send a tech out in 30 mins. Communication was great. I got a text confirming who my tech was and his ETA. Even sent me a staff photo of my tech.Rob was my tech. Very deligent in finding out the problem which turned out to be related to two spliced wires from the previous owner.Will 100% call them again if I need anything done. Actually calling them to fix that previous wiring issue for good
Robert was genuinely informative, polite, and honest. He conducted himself in a very professional manner and took time to carefully service our fireplace and answer all our questions.
