Waves is a quiet place, seating outdoors as well as indoors. Variety of teas and coffee, specialty drinks & eats to share. Staff were very friendly & courteous. Would recommend them for a morning or afternoon break.

Nice building a few parking spaces at the parking lot behind the building and some street parking too. A few different medical clinics/pharmacies in Haney Professional Building. An elevator and stairs, a couple different entrances/exits. The elevator doesn't go directly to the parking lot though. Lifelab have their own washroom but the rest of the patients have to go to the offices' front desks to ask for the key to the washroom that's located outside by the stairs (pharmacy). Quiet, clean, and a few chairs to seat while waiting.
