Trying to file my taxes on my own since getting my name changed at 13 went absolutely nowhere until I was 27.. From lost t4s, to not existing to the cra login systems, to probably nearly being scammed by a fake tax filing website.. It was an honest nightmare.

Went to H&R block and met a tax magician named Denai who managed to circumvent every issue I ever had with the CRA with ease, found my missing t4s (that I had tried to get ahold of and was sent every t4 besides the ones I needed), and did helpful color coded - detailed breakdowns of everything for me to see what was going on nice and easily..

Kim has prepared my taxes for many years now. When I first filed I was 10 years behind in returns. She really put my mind at ease and professionally completed all of my tax returns. I have a complicated return and Kim manages it with professionalism every year getting the best return for each tax return year. Kim is very friendly and approachable and I would recommend her to any who is filling there tax returns at H&R Block.
