Very pleased with the prompt and experienced service I received. Very knowledgeable technicians, polite, professional and actually went about the repair to clean and paint the inside of the fireplace which was not asked for but looks great. Great job.

The team that came to the house were fantastic! Right from the beginning taking their shoes off at the door, putting down a blanket to keep the work area clean. They were very polite used "please" a lot which is something you don't see very much anymore so it went a long way. They went straight to work entertained my questions and gave straight answers. When some extras came up due to wear they were very good at explaining them in a no nonsense approach. If was even better when they had the parts and were able to do the repairs right away to accommodate me.
