“Thank you for helping me out with some stains on my raincoat. As it was a pretty hopeless case, they treated it with some cleaner to soak, and sent me home to wash it in cold water - no charge because a clean result was not guaranteed after I made the mistake of washing it in hot water already. The stains aren’t 100% gone but much improved. But more importantly the honesty, kindness, and friendliness of the staff really mattered to me! I will definitely be taking any other cleaning needs to this team!“

While I’ve never used their drop-off service, I’ve watched how hard they work on their orders. The customers picking up seem to be pleased, and obviously have a great rapport with them.“
