I had the best experience and customer service from CC Auto Repairs. I called last minute to have my radiator hose repaired because it was punctured over the BC Long Weekend. I spoke to Matt who was super friendly; and though they were short staffed, Matt was willing to inspect the car and assess the damage. I did not think they would have time to fix everything the same day, but they went above and beyond to quote me and repair the car by the end of the day.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My mom was very scared to use someone to fix her car that she wasn’t used to. They went above and beyond. She then needed a new headlight months later. Called around to dealership and Canadian tire etc. everyone gave her the run around. Many different prices. She was defeated. Remembered CC Auto and thought she would call. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of! Can’t thank them enough! Will ALWAYS recommend them!

I had probably one of the most challenging puzzles of a problem imaginable. My 1988 Chevy Blazer S10 was not hot starting, and after going to multiple other mechanics, we could not find the problem. Matt and the team at C.C were determined to get it fixed. They had to put in a bunch of hours to find the problem, but they gave us a great deal. They went above and beyond what any other mechanic would have done. They also remained friendly and positive the whole time.
We will definitely be bringing our ride back here. I highly recommend them. Thank you C.C Auto!
