With a range of services available at affordable prices, Bexley Hair Lounge is a 10/10 recommendation for those seeking a truly friendly and professional experience. The staff and team are wonderful. Lovely ladies worked on one client for 12 hours within two days to detangle, wash, and cut hair, with one staff member staying until nearly 10pm. Trinity is super sweet and bubbly, patient, and tried to explain everything she was doing with hair. Trinity is kind, knowledgeable, and upbeat, and clients are always in good hands. Hair colored, cut, and styled is always a 10/10. The team has created a little haven for busy moms to sit back, relax, and let someone take care of them.
I cannot begin to explain my admiration for this salon!!! I came in with super matted hair that was EXTREMELY dense due to braids I had done on vacation. I had three lovely ladies (Mady, Sonya, and a practicum student) work on me for a total of 12 HOURS within the spam of two days. For my first session I had a three hour appointment and for my second session I had a 9 hour appointment. Sonya even chose to STAY until nearly 10pm to detangle, wash, and cut my hair, even though the salon closes at 7pm!!! Truly the best experience I've had at a salon, from the nicest workers to the incredible service they provided. 100% recommend!!
Megan was great. SO gentle - I love having anything done to my hair and this was a super enjoyable experience. I loved the final result too!
Saw Megan today for the first time. Had a great experience with her. Love my cut and colour. She took time to get to know me, what I wanted. Will be going back for sure!
