I have a very old house and one corner of the front porch sagged. It looked like it had sunk about 4 inches. In the room below, the drywall was damp and it was clear there was a significant problem.
Wojtek took some pieces apart to get an initial look and outlined a reasonable work plan. Michael and Dustin carried out the work over the course of a week and a half, first bracing the porch roof, then removing all the wet material. It turned out there was no support post or footing, just a 2x6 resting on a rock. So they started from the ground up, building proper support including a cement foundation and proper posts. Wojtek and his team replaced the siding on my house with great attention to detail. It was quality work, done in a timely manner with a good price.
He also replaced my back stairs I am very happy with the finished product on everything he did.
