I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Able Carpet Care! Our couches were in desperate need of cleaning after months of our 2 cats and 3 dogs making themselves at home on them. When I reached out, Grover was incredibly accommodating and managed to book us in almost immediately.
The results exceeded our expectations - Grover and Howie's efficient and professional service left our couches looking brand new! What really impressed me was their attention to detail and customer service. Even though I had only inquired about couch cleaning, they went above and beyond by cleaning our large area rug at no additional charge.
I am thoroughly pleased with the job 'Able Carpet Care', did for us. Looks and smells great in here. I feel proud to welcome anyone into our home now. Our sweet little dogs had really done a number on our carpets, my partner and I smoke cigarettes,as well as all the other stuff that stinks up,and dirties carpets,etc. Grover and Howie from Able Carpet Care were great! They(mostly Howie,lol) put up with one of my dogs barking at him throughout the whole process(they were very understanding,and tolerant. I had them over to do my light coloured carpets recently. I am so over impressed with how they turned out!
Also they are a local family business and I love supporting our local businesses.
