I contacted Mike looking for some assistance with my gaming PC. My graphics card had gone out and I was having cooling issues. Mike was able to get my PC into his possession via appointment the very next day. Over the following week he was able to diagnose and fix my cooling issues by adding new hardware as well as perform a full diagnostic scan and benchmark my new components to ensure I was receiving my PC back in full function.
