Great service. Pet Smart staff helped me fit clothing and collars for my new puppy and she loved how nice they were to her. I am very glad that dogs are allowed, not only for helping shoppers find the perfect fit with friendly and outstanding service, but also for the training and grooming services offered. I normally prefer to support local small businesses, but Pet Smart is a really great store that also supports local charities. I always donate to Catnap and or the local hospital when I shop there. My cats love going there for field trips. They sell their favourite corn cob cat litter, wet & dry foods, chu ru treats & toys. The service is always great and we like their reward program.

It was a good experience, my groomer wasn't very customer service professional. How hard is it to turn on a little bit of kindness and warmth while I pay exorbitant amounts of money for a haircut for my dog.
