First off, hands down Dr. Mitch is fantastic - thank you for making me mobile again! My back feels 100% cause Dr. Mitch cares about getting you back to your daily activities safely and pain free. His caring and nurturing demeanour on my first visit was awesome and progress we made after only a few visits was excellent. If you are looking for a great human and Chiro, Dr. Mitch is your person, he'll get you back to feeling great in no time. Not to mention you'll be cared for very well by all the staff. Dr. Mitch Spooner is a fantastic chiropractor with the cutest Pomeranian assistant! I always feel extremely welcomed by all therapists and receptionists, my favourite clinic for sure!

My whole family see’s Mitch and Corinna for chiro & rmt! I recommend them to anyone looking for these services! I have gone through 2 pregnancies while undergoing treatment and can say it helped immensely (hip and pelvic pain). My two young children also see Mitch for chiro and he is always so gentle and understanding of their needs!! Highly recommend them (:
