Great staff and vet! Very compassionate and caring, they go the extra mile. Our dear kitty has kidney disease and developed a rectal prolapse. She was looked after immediately, and this was a Friday evening! Carrie, the vet assistant couldn’t be more helpful, professional and kind. Thanks so much for everything, we will be sticking with your clinic!
I’ve had such a great experience with Walnut Grove Animal Hospital! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they actually answer their phones (which is a rare find these days). They’ve been nothing but kind and easy to deal with every step of the way. What really impressed me was that after my cat’s appointment, they even called to follow up and make sure she was doing okay—such a thoughtful touch that shows how much they genuinely care. Highly recommend!?
