Disappointed Customer - Terrible Service and Unexpected ChargesI've been a loyal customer of this establishment for four years, faithfully indulging in their pedicure services and opting for the extra $10 shellac upgrade. However, my recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and disheartened.Today, upon arriving for my usual pedicure appointment, I was taken aback when I was informed that I would be charged an additional $5 on top of my $37 pedicure fee to switch from shellac to regular polish. I just had a service of removing my acrylic nails..so didn’t have much of the experiences to judge but overall it was good.They charge $20, but didn’t even oil the nails after cleaning it.Otherwise it was good.Has free parking in front of the store.
