Took my trailer in to get furnace repaired. Based on the advice we received from the initial diagnosis we agreed to have tires changed and checks done on brakes and bearings in addition to furnace. Tires and Brakes/bearings done with zero fuss, however unfortunately the suppliers of the parts for furnace let the team down 3 times, resulting in a some delays but to their credit the team did amazing to get everything done the day before our planned trip. I have to credit Kim for her diligence, patience and understanding. I de-winterized my trailer only to find water spewing from my hot water tank are. I was 3 days away from our first trip of the season and in need of emergency repair. I call Premier and they got me in same day (Tuesday). The issue was diagnosed by end of day and ready for pickup on Wednesday. Pickup up my trailer, brough it home to double check and everything worked. Went caping as scheduled and no issues all weekend. Thank you Premier and Kim for the amazing and prompt service! I will be back for any other service needs!

Overall a good experience. We used the outdoor storage. Security and access is managed well, the area is well kept, having the service centre available is convenient and the team are happy and helpful.
