This summer I used their short term storage (very secure site), and later used their RV repair service. I had taken our 4 yr. old trailer for fridge repair at a large dealership in Abb. who charged $$ for diagnose and didn't find the issue. Premier found the issue, did the repair, and helped me get back to camping. Excellent customer service. Thanks Premier!

Our toilet was leaking and wouldn’t hold water in the bowl. I had asked to get it replaced instead premier rv was able to fix the toilet without replacing it. The entire process in dealing with premier was very positive for us and we will be returning to them for any future repairs we need.

We just picked up our motorhome from Premier and I am sorry I can only give five stars. They did everything we requested in a professional and timely fashion. We gave them a list of issues and they gave us estimated costs. Two of the items actually came in under their estimation. This never happens, at least not to me. All of the staff from the office to the service rep and technician were personable, pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for an honest and reliable place to get repairs on your rv look no further you’ve found it. Linda
