My husband & I visited last week and Sira assisted us right away as soon as we walked in. She asked if we were looking for anything specific and guided us through all the details of our glasses. Even though the store was a bit busy, she still took her time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions and make sure we understood our options. I went to the Langley Pearle Vision the other day to get glasses & they had such a vast selection. They gave me all the time I wanted to narrow down my frame selections & did not rush me. Then Ken, who was helping me, gave me advice on which frame fit me the best; clearly due to his experience and things I was not considering other than how the frames looked on me. He did not pressure me, just gave his professional recommendations so I could avoid frustrations & I was grateful because I was having a difficult time deciding between two frames.

I have dealt with Pearle Vision for a period of many years, reading glasses, bifocal glasses and sun glasses. Have always been 100% satisfied with service received. Recently, dealt with a very accommodating girl, Zainab, was comfortable asking questions, taking her time, very courteous! I strongly recommend Pearle Vision for your optical needs!
