Adrian was my RMT and he really took the time to understand and address my muscle aches. His touch was gentle yet effective — it never hurt, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. I even fell asleep during the session! I highly recommend booking with him.
Started going here around 2 years ago and by now I think I've run through the whole staff for various treatments. Stef is great for chiro, always leave without a pain in my neck. I've worked with Andrea multiple times for physio on my knee after a hockey injury. Cathy is great for acupuncture. The girls that work the front desk are helpful and are always on top of appointments and benefits claims.
I don’t often take advantage of my massage benefits but I’ve been able to with Adrian. He’s very attentive and takes the time to focus on what your body actually needs. His targeted approach helped release tension and relax muscles I didn’t even realize were so stressed. I always leave feeling better and well cared for. The clinic itself is also very welcoming, which makes the entire experience even more comfortable. I’m very satisfied with my sessions and have already recommended him to people I trust!
