I had bi lateral knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Cynthia is magic. Every week we work on new stretches and mobility exercises. It is so important for her to see you progress. She will definitely push you but is gentle at the same time. I always left with less pain than I came in with. In 6 weeks I walk solo, cycle, ROM on each knee is 105-110. I got rid of all aids at 4 weeks.Juliana, her receptionist was warm and welcoming from the first day. She is so organized and goes out of her way to juggle appointments around my schedule. Opal has a great team and I’m so happy with my progress.

I saw Cynthia in 2020 for a tailbone injury and pelvic floor physiotherapy after delivery of my first baby. She is a miracle worker and very respectful, caring and knowledgable. She finds the root cause not just the surface pain.I just finished seeing her again after my second birth (2022-2023). I initially went to a different (closer to home) pelvic physiotherapy office and switched back to Opal Physiotherapy because they know what they are doing and really have helped me get back my confidence in physical activity and overall quality of life. I am comfortable and very happy with my health after seeing Cynthia. Thank you so much for helping me!

my physio was friendly and professional . She helped me to understand the causes of my problem and what I could do to alleviate the pain. I was shown exercises which fit perfectly into my daily routine and which were targeted the problem, so I have no hesitation to recommend Opal Physio Clinic to all my friends and families.
