First time getting a massage. I strained my back a few weeks ago and went to physio and felt like it wasn’t enough. I worked with Clayton he was great. He listened, asked questions and got me to do certain stretches and exercises before jumping into it to analyze what could be contributing to the pain. He didn’t just focus on the area of the pain but also worked on the spots that was causing the pain to help with long term relief. His knowledge was excellent. He helped me understand and educate me on the cause of the problem and also provided solutions. On top of that he gave me great stretches to help.
