I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I love the service they provide. They really take the time to find out more about your injuries & assist in a way that works with your life’s activities. It’s definitely a holistic approach. I come here for physio and massage therapy & it’s great having them together because they work together to manage my injuries so I can optimize my workouts! My workouts, technique & mobility have definitely improved since I started seeking their help! If you’re looking for a good physio or massage therapist then look no further! Novo is the best!

Such a great group of leaders as well as a nice clean fresh facility.Give your self a few extra minutes to find parking.Went for a massage with Alicia Ambrose today which was fantastic and accommodating as I brought my sleeping baby.I also have done a baby and me fitness class with Novo which was fun and informative.Next up going to see the great chiropractor Meredith.

This review is long overdue. I couldnt find a bad thing to say about Kristina or Meredith if I tried. I was injured in a car accident in 2015 and for years, I tried different therapists and treatment and the pain never went away. I worried about my future and my job prospects because I was young when it happened. Then I found Meredith and followed her to novo where I found Kristina.They didnt just give me my mobility back. They gave me my life back. I can move again. I can work with almost no restrictions. I can train and power lift again. They gave me my future back. I can be a husband again.
