After thorough research I landed on Adrianna(physio) and Darren(Chiro) as I have seen may different therapist throughout the years and was looking for an experienced and passionate team that would go above and beyond. I am particularly pleased how these individuals go the extra mile providing specific guidance. They played a pivotal role in my physical healing journey as well as spiritual, providing mindset shifts. I consistently have left Langley physio and massage feeling stronger and more confident. I can not recommend Adrianna and Darren enough! If you have a stubborn injury that is affecting your quality of life these two are the people you want on your team :)
