Enjoyable and easy experience from receiving quote to roof being installed. Matthew came to house to discuss options and products before providing estimate. We indicated our preferred start time and it was accommodated without issue. For the installation, the crew was very professional and took pride in their quality of work. They were happy to do minor fixes in difficult to access area like paint/touch up faded trim boards at the end of the project. Drone flight inspection after work was complete was great to see the work had been completed properly in areas not visible from ground level. Highly recommend.

This experience was much different from any other I have had in the past with trades and contractors. I had expected the process from quote to completion to take weeks or months, it would have been done the same week if I had been ready. Job was completed exactly as requested, on time, by professional crew, completed over 2 days, kept sensitive garden areas and waterway protected, cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Roof looks great and neighbors commented how hard the crew worked. Final invoice matched quote exactly with no surprises or additional charges. Exceeded my expectations in every category. Having Northwood roofing was such a huge relief. They took care of everything and did everything on time and so efficient! Not only did they finish our roof in 2 days time they did it with excellence. The crew was friendly and so hard working. They talked us through all the different aspects of the roof and we felt so informed and assured that they truly knew what they were doing. The quote was bang on and we couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof done!
