just got out from the shop and got my haircut around 9:25 am, not sure why i’ve seeing few negative reviews from other people but anywho, i’m grateful i came to this barber shop , never disappoints me and always welcoming me with respect and ofc lots of talking which i enjoy as of course lol and for the machine i’ve been seeing “20% 40% and 60% TIP???? and NO TIP OPTION”bin the review sections.. well there is a No Tip option at the bottom lol so i don’t know why people making fake excuses , excellent work and i will definitely come back here for my next hair cut in july lol

While convenient inside Superstore, not worth to go as their tipping machine offered 25% for tipping option.
Needless to say, I changed to 10%; for a 10-minute barber cut, that's more than enough. Just don't be so presume that people 'want' an option to tip 25%.

25%, 35%, 40% TIPPING OPTIONS?!?!?
Thought everything was hunky dory, barber was nice and did his job but nothing out of the ordinary -- not expecting much for $22.99 but was just SHOCKED to see this ridiculous, out of reality, out of touch on their payment machine.
It's not a typical storefront business, inside Superstore so not exactly spacious.
Mr. Owner, customers aren't supposed to subsidize you under-paying your staff. Sure, we can tip whatever we want but to suggest these tipping options when restaurant servers work a whole hour serving the table, this is totally ridiculous.

I’ve been bringing my two boys to Moe Barbershop at the Superstore in Langley since 2022, and we couldn’t be happier. The team is friendly, skilled, and always makes the kids feel comfortable and excited for their haircut. Service is consistently excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.
It’s clear that everyone at Moe Barbershop genuinely cares about their clients, and goes the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming barbershop in Langley!
