I had a great experience with Lifemark. After injuring my back I was referred here. They have a large team of professionals. I was guided by Gabi, the Kinesiologist and Ankush, the physiotherapist on a daily basis. They would listen carefully and act accordingly. I was also helped by Simer, for Occupational Therapy and Amber as a Counselor. They all helped me to overcome my pain and injuries. They're extremely knowledgeable and have great patience. I would highly recommend this place.

For me personally, it was the entire program as an experience. From the warm welcome every morning from the front staff, to the interactions with the other attendees. It felt very much like everyone on your team truly had my best health in mind. Its the culmination of a great team with an amazing level of positivity warmth and professionalism.
Where many other programs feel too rigid and structured and lack a progressive foresight, Lifemark however consistently adjusted as needed, and took in personal hobbies and interests for creative ways to formulate exercise alternatives.
