Great facility with lots of equipment and knowledgeable staff. Positive environment. Paige was very helpful with setting up an exercise program to aid in my recovery and incredibly motivating as well. I would recommend this place to anyone needing injury rehabilitation.

Attaining an injury is very difficult to deal with regards to the pain and wellbeing of oneself. Lifemark and their staff were able to teach me how important exercise is while you are recovering. Pain is inevitable, but it is part of the healing process. I have finished my time with Lifemark recently and have come out stronger and more fitter than when I came into the program. I am appreciative of how they include all aspects of recovery as in physio, pool rehabilitation, yoga classes, and even mental support. Where do i even begin... i cannot thank everyone here enough. They saved my life! I was struggling really bad with long covid. Unable to get out of bed most days and not one person was listening or helping me. From the moment i walked in i was greeted by the amazing receptionists and finally heard by all of the amazing staff. They all worked together to set up a plan to start me on my journey to healing. Im not 100% yet but i know i would have not made this progress if was not for everyone here. Thank you!!!
