What a great company,, after speaking with Shiela who was friendly and very informative,, she advised us that she was sending Ken within an hour. Ken showed up and went straight to work,,, Both my wife and I were amazed at Ken’s perseverance,,, He kept plugging away until he pulled out a little skin cream tube, a razor ? , a nail brush and a little plastic stopper all tossed in by my little grandson. In addition to friendly service I really appreciated the quality of advice our service technician provided. Less a repair guy, and more like a knowledgeable friend who just wanted us to have the best advice on how to look after our home.
