Downright sloppy work. When I pointed out the parts that had wider gaps and were misaligned they said that s just how it is. They also did a horrible job at cleaning after themselves and left garbage in the foyer of the building which got me in trouble with the strata

Matt was very helpful when my daughter and I went to choose tile and flooring for her renovation. I was impressed with Matt’s knowledge of his products and his patience in answering our questions. After taking a few samples to her new home, we returned with a clear idea of what to use. The store has a nice selection of product, without being overwhelmed with too many choices. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for friendly advice in choosing flooring and tile for your home.

Best flooring company in metro Vancouver! I was in an extremely difficult situation where my previous general contractor messed up my floor. I later discovered that the floor was glued down with an inappropriate material which made this gooey substance seep out of every crack of the floor panel even after 1 year. Matthew took on this extremely difficult correction work. He took apart everything and re-installed the whole floor for me. Now my floor looks so nice and so clean! My experience with working with Journey Flooring was a life-saving moment. I cannot say how grateful I am to Matthew and his team. I will recommend Journey Flooring to anyone who needs genuine, top-notch flooring service. Thank you Matthew :)

Journey isn't just for a whole reno or upgrade, we used them for custom interior and exterior mats at our condo complex and were super happy with the quality and how quick we received the product!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Total professionals from start to finish; no surprises, no hidden costs, excellent product and professional staff. We have used this company for multiple projects in the last three years; including, a tile shower in a bathroom, flooring installation in an office and event flooring for a large scale outdoor event. Would not hesitate to recommend over and over.

Share my own experience? This is my moms house, it's about as personal as it gets. As for my experience, every time i go to my moms house, i have to look at this shoty work, but worse than that, you expect my mother to live with it. You wipe your hands off and walked away from a improperly installed job. Job should have been free of charge or should have been completely ripped out and redone.
