I had to get my 20 year old carpet replaced. I went to several different stores before setting foot inside Jordan's. But after meeting Ranjit and discussing options with her, I knew this was who I would trust to do the job. Ranjit was always super helpful and kind, and took the time to answer my many questions and make recommendations throughout the entire process. Everything was organized and went through as planned. The installation crew (Shawn and his father) were very professional, and did a great job installing the carpet. They even made improvisations because my floor/stairs had some unusual construction methods, which made a standard carpet installation challenging....read full review
