Served by Julia.Absolutely blown away by the level of skill and attention to detail. Showed her a picture and left looking like the picture! Very friendly salon, my mother-in-law joined me for a perm. She has mobility issues and the staff provided a stool for her to put her feet up and offered her assistance. Just a wonderful experience.

I’ve gone to see Helen three times now and I cannot say enough great things about her! The first time I went she did amazing blonde highlights (over my home dyed brown hair) and an Olaplex treatment. The next two visits have been to touch up my grey roots, toner, and olaplex. My hair has never looked better and it’s so soft! She listens to what I tell her that I’d like for my hair colour and she gives her professional and honest advice about whether it’s possible or not. She takes time to style my hair and it always looks fantastic when I am finished! I am so happy to have found Helen and JB Salon. I initially went to to JB Salon for a man's haircut because of its proximity to my residence using my wheelchair. I was fortunate to meet "Helen" in the first instance. She did a wonderful job and showed great attention to detail; very careful and precise. And she is quite personable as well ... although she has some difficulty speaking English as it is her second language. Furthermore, the prices are quite reasonable ... most especially in this day of rapid inflation.And the staff ... I can't say enough about them .... they are all so personable, considerate and sensitive to my disabilities ... they're just wonderful people .... thank you.In short, I would strongly recommend...read full review
