review of 29/4/2026: I am updating my previous review (below) to reflect the recent resolution of this matter.
Shortly after my initial feedback, the owner, David, personally called me to apologize for the errors and the frustration my wife and I experienced. He took full responsibility for his team’s mistakes and, as a gesture of goodwill, issued a full refund for the services. He also agreed to thoroughly follow up with CRA on my paper file and any penalties/interest that may occur in future due to this will be covered by him.

He is professional, cost effective, quick, no BS , and straight to the point.
