Our CrossFit BC community absolutely loves participating in events hosted by Hybrid Athletics Langley. They’re always gracious hosts and run top-level, professional competitions that make every athlete feel supported and challenged.
We’ve attended the last few TRU Challenges, and as long as Hybrid continues to host them, we’ll keep coming back. The energy, organization, and community vibe are unparalleled.

My kids attend a home school workout class and they absolutely love it! Coach Dan is a fantastic coach with the perfect balance of fun and proper instruction. My boys are so joyful at the end of class and have loved noticing their strength and endurance increasing!
