This should be a five-star review but we had some challenges during demolition. I'll start with the good news: this company was chosen after comparing them with four other highly rated firms. We chose them because their communication was excellent and their pricing was competitive and they were more than just a roofing contractor. That's important to us when it comes to flashing and finishing details. The installation itself looks great. Shayne and his team replaced our upper front balcony deck with composite decking and coated aluminum rails, plus replaced and painted several ageing front window surrounds, barge boards and column fascias.
All work was absolutely top-notch, and if any questions or issues were raised they were addressed immediately by Shayne in a very professional and collaborative manner. I left it until after the first winter to provide a review and I'm very happy to confirm that the deck and other work items are of high quality and durability!

After a rocky start, the siding job turned out great. Would love to have seen a bit more attention to detail during the process and we ran considerably over ETA, but the end result met our expectations and looks good. Highly recommended.
