I cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone my friends and I go there, our bodies are more thankful than ever to us. The owners are always so kind and welcoming. They will make you feel like home. A special mention to my favourite masseuse Yan. She solved problems I didn’t even know I had!

My feet have never been given so much direct attention and it was amazing. My husband and I felt immediately relaxed and any problem areas we had before, are not an issue. The team were also super welcoming and kind. We will definitely be back.

BODY & SOLE Wellness Center in Langley, BC is a hidden gem! After decades of pushing my body and feet to the limit through my career, I wasn’t always able to invest the time or resources into self-care and recovery. But now, with a little more space in my life, I’ve been treating myself—and wow, what a difference!
Their reflexology treatments are incredible. It’s a deep, intense massage that’s also surprisingly relaxing—from knees to toes. It’s done wonders for my circulation, inflammation, and overall aches and pains. Truly a little slice of heaven!
