We called Blue Moon Plumbing for our water leak. The plumber, Oleksii, arrived in 90 minutes. He was friendly and able to determine the cause of our leak and quickly repair it. His investigation and immediate repair mitigated the amount of water damage to our home. Our insurance company was quite pleased with the response, quality of work and the investigative information provided.
We were referred to you by another member of our complex after another company failed to give us an estimate they'd promised.
It was a fortuitous happening. After contacting Blue Moon, arrangements were made to come and provide an estimate. On time, two employees, Les and Brendan, arrived. They were very pleasant and told us what they do and we'd be receiving an estimate within a week.
True to their word, the estimate arrived, it was reasonable, so we contracted you to continue.

Stupid Rai Plumbing installed my Navien System in 2021. Been dealing with fluctuating temp ever since. They’ve had multiple return visits in 2022 and 2023 to my unit to get it fixed. Replaced parts. No dice.
Fast forward now, Les came and fixed my issue in the first hour of the repair. He found out that they configured it wrong and corrected the issue. Hard to find people that actually cares about their jobs!
Anyway, Les is your guy!!! Blue Moon is a great company!!! 5 Stars!!!
