Purchased 8 grade 1 fence panels during the height of the wood shortage. Wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive. Biggest difference was the customer service. From the salespeople to the delivery guy and the product looked great. After the rain storm last week, I noticed that all of the panels were severely warped. I sent a email with photos and got a response back the same day. The following day, I got another response saying they are sending someone out to repair the fences under warranty. My fence was fixed to new within 4 days! Highly recommend this company. Good product, great customer service. I will use them for the reminder of my fences come spring.
